All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked delivery to ensure safe and secure delivery with full tracking.

Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same or next working day.

Orders placed after 2pm are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Express Tracked Shipping (1–3 working days) — £5.50

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.

Wherever possible, orders are packed using recyclable or reused packaging materials.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
Can I return an item if it has been worn?

All of our items are pre-loved and may show minor signs of use, as noted in the product description.

You may return items as long as they are in the same condition as received, not further worn, damaged, or altered. Items returned outside these conditions may not be accepted.
How long do I have to return an item?

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.
Can I exchange an item instead of a refund?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an alternative item from our site, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately. If you’d prefer, you’re also welcome to purchase the new item first and then return your original item for a refund.

Who pays for return postage?

We’ll provide a prepaid return label to make returns simple.

A £3.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll cover the return cost.
