At Adventure Again, every item is carefully checked before it goes live.

We only list pieces we’d happily wear ourselves, no surprises, no guesswork.

Each item is then graded as Excellent, Great, or Good, so you can quickly understand its condition at a glance.

Below, you’ll find a more detailed breakdown of what to expect from each condition.

Items in Excellent Condition look and feel barely worn. They have been well cared for and show only minimal signs of previous use.

Items in Great Condition have been gently used and remain in very good shape. There are visible signs of wear, but nothing that affects overall appearance or wearability.

Items in Good Condition show noticeable signs of wear but are still fully functional and wearable. Any significant flaws will always be clearly shown in photos and/or described.

What to expect from preloved

Each piece you see has already been carefully checked and graded, so you know exactly what to expect before it arrives.

Because these items are preloved, you may notice small signs of wear, but nothing that takes away from their performance or purpose.

We focus on quality, durability, and pieces that are still ready for many more adventures.

No two items are the same, and that’s exactly what makes them special.

If there’s anything notable, we’ll always show it clearly in the photos and description so you can shop with confidence.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

Can I return an item if it has been worn?

All of our items are pre-loved and may show minor signs of use, as noted in the product description.

You may return items as long as they are in the same condition as received, not further worn, damaged, or altered. Items returned outside these conditions may not be accepted.

How long do I have to return an item?

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.

Can I exchange an item instead of a refund?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an alternative item from our site, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately. If you’d prefer, you’re also welcome to purchase the new item first and then return your original item for a refund.

Who pays for return postage?

We’ll provide a prepaid return label to make returns simple.

A £3.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll cover the return cost.

How can I track my return?

We’ll provide a prepaid return label with tracking included, so you can follow your return every step of the way.

Once your item is on its way back to us, you can track it using the link provided with your label.

When we receive your return, we’ll confirm by email and update you on your refund.
