At Adventure Again, we want you to be happy with every order.
All of our items are pre-loved, carefully inspected, and ready for their next adventure.
If something isn’t right, returning it is simple.


Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label to make returns simple. A £3.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return

To start a return, simply email us at info@adventureagain.com with:

• Your order number

• Your name

• The item you’d like to return

• Your reason for return

A £3.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been completed.

Eligibility

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

As all items are pre-loved, minor signs of wear may be present and will always be shown or described in the listing.

Returns are not accepted on items marked as final stock.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order and return your original item for a refund. You’re welcome to purchase your new item first to avoid missing out.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.

If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label via email, so there’s no cost to you. Wherever possible, we use digital labels to keep returns paperless and reduce waste.

Can I return an item if it has been worn?

All of our items are pre-loved and may show minor signs of use, as noted in the product description.

You may return items as long as they are in the same condition as received, not further worn, damaged, or altered. Items returned outside these conditions may not be accepted.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.

Can I exchange an item instead of a refund?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an alternative item from our site, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately. If you’d prefer, you’re also welcome to purchase the new item first and then return your original item for a refund.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label to make returns simple.

A £3.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll cover the return cost.

How can I track my return?

We’ll provide a prepaid return label with tracking included, so you can follow your return every step of the way.

Once your item is on its way back to us, you can track it using the link provided with your label.

When we receive your return, we’ll confirm by email and update you on your refund.
