All of our items are pre-loved, carefully inspected, and ready for their next adventure.
If something isn’t right, returning it is simple.

How to Return

  1. Fill out our online returns form below.
  2. Email us if you need assistance: info@adventureagain.com
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked postal service (we recommend Royal Mail Tracked).

We process refunds within 5–7 working days after we receive your return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in the same condition received.
  • Minor signs of wear are expected for pre-loved items.
  • Returns are not accepted for items described as final stock in the listing.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, indicate this in the form.
We can hold your replacement item for up to 5 days while your return is in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement if possible or refund promptly.
